Members need to register for events so that we have a head count for equipment and supplies necessary for each event. Most of the events are free to all members. Non-members will pay $15.00 a non-member fee for each event they register for.

What an exciting month ahead.
On March 14th at 5:30 PM we have our Seed Snail Workshop at Beyond Crayons Art Studio where members will learn how to grow plants using the Seed Snail method. They will bring home their own mini seed snail to grow their own plants. We will create some seed snails to plant in our own 3rd Rock raised garden beds. Additionally, our members will learn about soil microbes and the importance of a healthy microbial soil. We will set up our worm composter which the members will be able to feed on a regular basis in order to watch the composting process in action.
March 22nd at 11:oo AM, is our postponed trip to Shattuck's Sugarhouse. With the weather finally warming and the maple syrup beginning to flow in the trees, Nate at the sugarhouse will give the members a breakdown on the maple sugar making process.
On March 29th at 11:00 AM, we will have our postponed hike at Lunden Pond and Temple Brook Loop in Monson. We will use a tracking guide to see if we can find any animal tracks in the snow and mud.
